The bow is crafted from select Pernambuco wood that has been stored and dried under ideal conditions for over 30 years. Its octagonal shape gives the DV17 an excellent balance between stiffness and flexibility, resulting in a direct response and an expressive, warm tone.

This bow features a fully lined ebony frog with a heel plate and a strikingly large single eye. The finish is enhanced by a metal blanc winding and a three-pronged end cap with mother-of-pearl inlay, providing a professional appearance and optimal grip. Thanks to its harmonious construction and the use of sustainable materials, the DV17 offers a balanced playing experience that allows advanced violinists to reach their full musical potential.
