Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Viool-kopen.nl and to every agreement between Viool-kopen.nl and the consumer. By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – The offer

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of product information, prices and images.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Viool-kopen.nl.
Offers are valid while supplies last or within the specified promotion period.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the order has been completed and payment has been received.
Viool-kopen.nl reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions, for example, if there are suspicions of misuse.

Article 5 – Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Article 6 – Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible via DPD .
If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed of this.
Viool-kopen.nl is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal (Returns)

The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.

Return Policy:

• The product must be returned undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.

• Protective film must be intact.

• The product must not show any signs of use.

• Hygiene products (such as strings, mouthpieces, earplugs or headphones) can only be returned unused and sealed.

Important:
Returns are not free . The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

In case of damaged or incomplete returns, a depreciation charge may be made.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom made or made according to specific customer wishes.

• Digital products where the seal has been broken.

• Large or heavy instruments (such as digital pianos), for which free returns do not apply.

Article 9 – Warranty and complaints

We supply high-quality products. Should a defect occur, the statutory warranty provisions apply.
Complaints can be submitted via info@viool-kopen.nl .
We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Article 10 – Liability

Viool-kopen.nl is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of products or by external factors beyond our control.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, transport problems or disruptions at suppliers), Viool-kopen.nl is not obliged to perform the agreement as long as the force majeure continues.

Article 12 – Privacy and data protection

We handle personal data with care.
Please refer to our privacy policy for more information about how we process and secure data.

Article 13 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
Disputes are preferably resolved through consultation, but can be submitted to the competent court in the district where Viool-kopen.nl is located.
