Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of withdrawal (Returns within 14 days)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@viool-kopen.nl, stating your order number.
We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Return Policy
To qualify for a full refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Complete packaging: The product must be returned in its original, complete packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Protective film: Any protective film must be intact and undamaged.
- No damage: The item must not show any signs of use, damage or wear.
- Hygiene products: Items such as mouthpieces, strings, earplugs or headphones can only be returned unused and sealed for hygienic reasons.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation or refuse the return.
Return costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. This must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back into the account you used to pay for your order within 14 days .
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest.
