The Stentor SR1400E2 is a half-size violin from the Student I series, ideal for young violinists who want to take their playing seriously. The top is made of solid spruce, the sides are solid maple, and the back is solid. This combination produces a bright tone with good projection. The fingerboard is black-stained hardwood, and the pegs and chinpiece are made of dark hardwood for stable tuning and comfortable playing.
The set includes a Brazilwood bow with genuine horsehair and an ebony frog. The lightweight case features a blue fabric lining, a music compartment, reflectors, and shoulder straps – practical and safe for transport.
